Before Tony worked for IMPACT Partners, he held senior positions with a number of large Engineering, Electronics and Services Plcs, based in the UK, USA and China. He has extensive global business experience dealing with the international, national and SME business sectors. His roles in these organisations have covered organisational and business restructuring, transformation and growth. He has successfully led several business recovery initiatives, as well as the disposal of subsidiaries. Tony’s in-depth technical and operational knowledge provides a level of pragmatism during the development of a company’s strategy and the subsequent implementation, to achieve step changes in business growth and/or diversification.

Tony has a B. Eng. in Chemical Engineering and a C. Eng in Production Engineering. He also holds the Certified Accountant’s Diploma in Accounting & Finance.

Tony is Chairman of the Strategy & Policy Committee of the National Standards Body and is a Member of the Institution of Electrical Engineers.
