Pete Hahn

 

Pete is currently lectures in Finance at Sir John Cass Business School London having completed a Ph.d last last year. He specialises in corporate finance, governance and banking issues , particularly at the worlds’ largest listed firms. He has held several senior international positions at Citigroup over a 9 year period. In his last role as Managing Director of Citigroup Corporate Finance, he successfully developed and marketed a broader cross product and service proposition for major U.K. and International corporations. He also headed the Bank’s Corporate & Investment Bank Innovative Programme. Other positions at Citigroup have included Head of Structured Bonds for Europe and Head of Private Debt Placements in Europe. Prior to Citigroup, Pete was Head of Securitisation and Financial Engineering at Kidder, Peabody in New York. He also established the initial Securitisation business whilst at Manufacturer’s Hanover Trust in New York. Pete’s in-depth strategic, technical and market knowledge and the ability to create and work with teams from Financial Institutions, Clients and Stakeholders allows him to deliver rapid solutions to meet a company’s strategic and financial objectives

Pete has a MBA from New York University (in the top 10% GMAT) and a B.A. in Politics and Economics from Drew University. He has also attended Post Graduate Programmes at LBS and Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Paris. Pete is registered with the FSA and the US NASD/SEC

Pete is currently based in the U.K.  He is fluent in French and has a basic level of German
