June Mulroy

 

June is currently the executive responsible for Business Delivery and a part of the senior management team at The Pension Regulator (TPR). Prior to joining TPR she worked with IMPACT Partners specialising in Corporate Finance, Management and Reporting. She is a fully qualified accountant and has held roles as Finance and Administration Director in several Private sector and Public sector organisations. At UNESCO in Paris she established a fully complaint,  service orientated Finance function. Prior to this June led major Finance and IT transformation initiatives in a major hospital in the North of England and at Bally Shoes, Switzerland. She was the Director of Finance and Procurement at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital for several years. June qualified with Arthur Young and has worked as a principal consultant for KPMG and Coopers & Lybrand. At Midland Bank, with the new CEO and Operating Board, June developed the strategy for the new Investment Bank, Midland Montagu, and facilitated the merger of the 3 companies involved. Her skills and experience allow her to quickly assess the financial status of a company and to move quickly to correct significant shortfalls in the management and controls, funding, cash flow and resources.

June is passionate about people and their development and is excellent at mentoring teams to deliver results and to enhance their own individual skills and capabilities. She holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Psychology from Birmingham University, a BA in Art History from the Open University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. She is also a Governor of Middlesex University. June is based in the U.K. Her mother language is English and she has a working knowledge of French
