For a rapidly growing new Telecoms company
For a relatively new Telecommunications company (in the market for 12 months) experiencing significant service delivery problems caused by 25% compound growth each month, targeting the residential and small business market. Initially assigned 3 partners full-time to run the company day to day, and then dramatically improved operations and customer services within 90 days, raised additional £5m funding, relocated the company and established a new Call Centre delivering service levels of 98%. At the end of a further 6 months, U.K. turnover increased by 200% (annualised £100m), customer base to 230,000+, with a staff complement of 500. Extended sales channels for affinity programmes and introduced three new innovative products: Telecom, Card and Internet Services. Using key external partners, implemented a scaleable business and operational model, integrated with leading edge technology and systems, to provide scaleable growth for the U.K business and capability to support the international expansion in German, Belgium and Ireland.
