For a newly launched Property & Services company

With the CEO and Board, established a leading Property and Service Management company with a portfolio of over 2000 corporate UK properties. Assisted with final PFI contract negotiations and terms. Set up a national organisation, operation and corporate infrastructure to support the strategic transfer of the Inland Revenue and Customs and Excise estates (STEPS).The main mobilisation was effected successfully over the 20 weeks period within the agreed budget, using teams from within the company, its 3 venture capital shareholders and its business partners, leading to an operational company with a turnover of £300m p.a. at the end of its first year.
