Dave Griffiths

 

Dave has worked for IMPACT Partners for 8 years. He has considerable operational experience in large international organisations at an executive level. His industry experience is primarily in Financial and Retail Services, having spent over 20 years with American Express in Canada, USA and Europe. Prior to leaving American Express he was Director of Operations for Europe. In this latter role, Dave was responsible for a successful transformation programme to centralise, streamline and improve the customer focus of all core functions across Europe. He was also Director of Card Operations at Midland Bank for several years.

In recent years, he has been working with a number of rapid growth companies (Telecommunications and Financial Services) responsible for setting up their Operations or improving the efficiency and customer service delivery. Dave is recognised in the industry for establishing best of breed Customer Service Centres. His main strengths are building teams that excel and have a clear focus on client services, irrespective of size of operation, and the delivery of practical solutions to operational challenges.

Dave has a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Toronto. He holds Canadian and British citizenship and is based in France. He is fluent in English and French.
